Submission Instructions
- English is the official language of the conference. All submissions must be written in English only.
- A full paper is required for consideration of publication in the conference proceedings.
- An abstract submission is required for presentation-only participation (no publication).
- All submissions must be original work and must not be under review or consideration by any other conference or journal.

Academic Integrity & Ethics
- Academic integrity is a fundamental principle of scholarly communication, requiring honesty, rigor, and responsibility in research. It includes the avoidance of plagiarism, data fabrication, and any form of academic misconduct.
- All submitted manuscripts must strictly adhere to these ethical standards. The Technical Program Committee reserves the right to reject any submission that violates academic integrity standards at any stage of the review process.
- Papers found to contain plagiarism, excessive similarity, or unethical content—either during review or after publication—may be rejected or removed from the proceedings. In such cases, the authors will bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from such violations.
